🔑 1) If you end up on the buckle side, push the opponent’s strap up their hand. Use a distraction so you aren’t caught. 🔑 2) In ref’s grip, if your opponent is a top roller, close your thumb toward them. If your opponent is a hooker, close your thumb sideways.

Tips: 1) Keep your hand high so strap can rest lower on your hand 2) push other opponents hand down with your bottom fingers when second persons wrist is being wrapped 3) push toward person and up to get some leverage back if you have too much taken away after strap is tightened 4) pretend you are trying to tighten the strap and readjust if needed 5) last resort: say it’s horrible and take off the strap 😂

Well..Australian armwrestling just hit a wall. I got the ppv but missed the event that started late. After that it was not available until my ppv expired. How the hell is this sport going anywhere in this country if you lock up the footage so no-one can view it FFS. Who are your sponsors..I contacted panduit and thanked them for there support..now I'm going to contact the sponsors and tell them they are throwing away there cash.

My Sports Live app is a 2nd rate amatuer app. Do not waste your time or money..

Too bad if you sponsored the event.the .My Sports live app. has ownership and won't release it till it's irrelevant. Back events hosted by core sport..they consider sponsors and release footage while it's still talked about. Your support is not appreciated or considered by my Sports live app. Trash..

I know this was nearly a decade ago but Devon’s facial structure is way slimmer here than now which I wonder if from HGH chasing his jaw and general bone structure thickening and enlarging as his pancake intake has drastically increased in the past few years hence his extreme gains and rise back to the top. Would really love to see Devon be the one to dethrone Levan. Levan’s size and strength is simply damn near impossible to beat but if anyone can do it, I think it’s this current Devon that keeps getting stronger or if Denis Cyborg can return to his prime form
